Our firm is created in 1972. But owner of tat tavuk kemallettin öztürk had to quit on facility because of a illness.

With 1500 Turkish Lira, he started a little shop in the center of Adapazarı. Customers asks for a chicken and he decided to build a facility. Mr. Öztürk who knows how to raise a chicken he thinks that he could sell chickens in the shop and decided to search ways.

At first, he buys a chicken ans sells it. 3 or 4 chickens each day and with patient and ambition it comes to 50 chickens a day after 1 year. And after 1.5 year it would be 100 chickens a day. Mr. Öztürk buys chicken for 17,5 TL and sells it for 18,5 TL when beef is 11TL.

In 1974 with the Cyprus Operations, the firm that he buys the chickens made some trouble for him, after that he decided to build his own firm. At first he came across a lot of issues but at the end of the day with patient he reached the quality that he wants. After 4 months he started to sell 1.5 ton chickens a day. This amount may look less today but it those years it needed system and hard work.

With the improving technology, his facility grew and now 13.000m2 inside 20.000m2  outside place in Tat Tavuk.
